We use this personal data based on our legitimate interest in order to improve our products and services. We will keep the Personal Data for 1 month from the date of the last visit to the Website.

Through the Website, Users can view job vacancies at Insud Pharma Group and apply for them through job portals, or submit an spontaneous application thourgh the contact details provided for this purpose.
The data provided by Users will be processed by Insud Pharma, or the group company responsible for the vacancy, in order to assess the User’s application in those recruitment processes in which they have expressed an interest. Personal data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, once this has been completed, the data will be duly blocked. The candidate’s personal data may be disclosed to those companies within the Insud Pharma group responsible for the advertised vacancy, thereby enabling the recruitment process to be managed correctly.
However, if Users have given their express consent, their data will be retained in Insud Pharma’s databases for a further period of one (1) year, starting from the submission of the application or the last update of their profile, for the purpose of informing them about future recruitment processes.
The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the adoption of pre-contractual steps during the recruitment process as a pre-employment phase. Additionally, and when appropriate, personal data will be processed on the basis of the express consent shown by Users when accepting being informed and receiving communications related to future job vacancies.
Users may at any time withdraw their consent to participate in future recruitment processes by exercising their rights and sending their requests as it is detailed in this Privacy Policy. In such cases, personal data will be deleted unless it is necessary for any other purposes defined herein.
